Chicken Dinosaurs

Ingredients:

  • 600g raw chicken breast
  • 3 eggs
  • Sourdough bread
  • Plain flour
  • Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning
  • Maxi’s SPG Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. First chop the chicken until it’s minced, or blend in a food processor. Add some Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning + 1 egg and mix well.
  2. Lay baking paper on a plate. Then add the chicken mixture. Add baking paper on-top and gently press to flatten the chicken mixture until 1 cm thick.
  3. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  4. Blend the sourdough with Maxi’s All Purpose Seasoning and Maxi’s SPG until you have fine bread crumbs.
  5. Using a dinosaur cookie cutter, cut the shape out of the chicken that is now part frozen. Repeat and the break the remaining chicken into chunks (for popcorn chicken pieces).
  6. Coat the chicken in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Air fry for 20 mins at 180 degrees celcius. Enjoy!
